Do you have a secure server?
Yes. Our servers are enabled with one of the
strongest encryption technologies available. This
ensures your credit card information is NOT revealed
over Internet to unauthorized people.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We never disclose or sell your private
information to anyone!
What is your return policy?
You
may return any item with which you are dissatisfied
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
What do I do if I receive damaged
goods?

or call us at 301-564-6075 for a Returns Materials
Authorization (RMA) number. Follow the instruction
outlined in the email and make sure you write the RMA
number on
the outside of the box. A replacement order will be
shipped to you immediately.
Is there an extra charge for credit
card orders?
Absolutely NOT! We don't penalize the use of credit
cards. In fact, we encourage it! Especially if you need
your order in the shortest amount of time.
If you a write a check, we do not ship until the
check clears.
Can I order without a credit
card?
Yes. Just simply select the
items you want to order by clicking the "Buy
Now" button. At check out, select fax or email
payment option. The system will generate an order form
complete with the appropriate taxes and shipping
charges. You can either print the order form and fax it
to us (301) 564-1997 or send the order form with a check
